Here Brown dreamcasts an adaptation of her new novel, The Wedding Pearls:
Oh, my goodness, I would dance a jig in a pig trough under the red light on Main Street if The Wedding Pearls was made into a movie. I can see Josh Turner playing Branch if the country music industry would turn him loose long enough to do a movie. Amy Smart could play Tessa and Reese Witherspoon could be Lola. Amanda Cosgrove would be great for Melody. I’d love for Vanessa Redgrove to play Ivy and Shirley Maclaine to be Frankie. With a cast like that, it would be an amazing movie that should be a box office hit!Visit Carolyn Brown's website and Facebook page.
Of course they’d have to find a 1959 Red Cadillac convertible because Mollybedamned is a sassy red vehicle and anything other than red would never work.
